At the 14th Electronic Newspaper ICT Paper Contest Grand Exhibition, where ideas for upgrading major technologies in the ICT field were presented, Jeon Sang-Bin, a master's student, and Kim Hayeon, a doctoral student, both from CGnA Lab, won the Excellence Award. The awards ceremony was held on December 16 at the Webcash Group headquarters, with each recipient receiving a certificate and a scholarship of 3.5 million won. Jeon Sang-Bin, the first author of the winning paper, had previously received the 2022 Master's Thesis Award from the Korea Computer Graphics Society (KCGS) and the Best AI Application Research Award at the First Yonsei University AI Workshop.
ICT 분야 주요 기술을 업그레이드할 아이디어를 겨루는 제14회 전자신문 ICT논문 공모대제전에서 컴퓨터과학과 석사과정 전상빈 학생과 박사과정 김하연 학생 (이상 컴퓨터그래픽스 연구실, 지도교수 이인권) 이 우수상을 수상하게 되었다. 시상식은 12월 16일 웹케시그룹 사옥에서 진행되었다. 우수상에는 상장과 장학금 350만원이 각각 주어진다. 우수상을 받은 제1저자 전상빈 석사과정은 한국 컴퓨터그래픽스 학회에서 수여하는 2022년 석사논문상을 수상하였으며, 연세대학교 제1회 AI Workshop 최우수 AI 응용 연구상을 수상한 바 있다.
